2025年8月15日，加拿大亚洲烹饪艺术协会（ASESA）在新世纪皇宫海鲜酒家成功举办了东方厨艺35周年庆祝活动。此次活动吸引了众多美食爱好者和社区成员，共同回顾了协会35年来的辉煌历程。

Successful Conclusion of the 35th Anniversary Celebration of Asian Culinary Arts
On August 15, 2025, the Asian Culinary Arts Association (ASESA) successfully hosted the 35th anniversary celebration at the New Century Seafood Restaurant. The event attracted numerous food enthusiasts and community members, who gathered to reflect on the association’s remarkable journey over the past 35 years.
The reception began at 6:00 PM, where guests mingled and enjoyed delicious appetizers in a joyful atmosphere. The dinner officially started at 6:30 PM, featuring meticulously prepared Southeast Asian dishes that left every participant raving. The live performance by “The Buddies” further elevated the event’s ambiance, creating an unforgettable evening filled with laughter and joy.
During the event, the association’s founders and several culinary masters delivered passionate speeches, sharing their love for Eastern culinary culture and their commitment to its preservation. Through this celebration, participants not only experienced the charm of the cuisine but also deepened their understanding and appreciation of Eastern culture.
