孟尝会邀请国语社区媒体
参观烈治文山综合护理服务社区
2025年12月18日，孟尝会烈治文山综合护理服务社区，首次迎来大多伦多国语社区的媒体代表，亲身
参观烈治文山孟尝私家护理中心、烈治文山孟尝阁长者大厦。期间，媒体听取孟尝会一年来的
发展历程介绍，以及未来发展蓝图，参观私家护理优质服务与设施，看到长者大厦住客享受足
不出户的各种生活便利。
孟尝会营运总监何梁远明(Eumie Leung)表示，孟尝会自1964年创办以来，秉持“扶老慈幼”的
宗旨，目前长期护理中心的床位总数增至1001
张，成为安省营运最多长期护理床位的非营利机
构；还提供面向青少年的服务，包括中文学校、青年团、社区及义工服务中心等。关注到国语
社区的长者及其家庭的迫切需要，孟尝会特别举办这次有意义的活动，相信透过媒体报道，国
语社区将会更全面了解以及使用孟尝会的服务。

Mon Sheong Association Invites Mandarin-Speaking Community Media
On December 18, 2025, the Mon Sheong Association welcomed representatives from the Mandarin-speaking media in the Greater Toronto Area for a firsthand tour of the Mon Sheong Richmond Hill Comprehensive Care Services Community. During the visit, the media learned about the association’s development over the past year and its future plans, toured the private care facilities, and witnessed the various conveniences enjoyed by residents of the seniors’ building without having to leave home.
Eumie Leung, the Operations Director of Mon Sheong, stated that since its establishment in 1964, the association has adhered to its mission of “supporting the elderly and nurturing the young.” The total number of long-term care beds has increased to 1,001, making it the nonprofit organization with the most long-term care beds operated in Ontario. The association also provides services for youth, including a Chinese school, youth groups, community, and volunteer service centers. Recognizing the urgent needs of the Mandarin-speaking community’s seniors and their families, Mon Sheong specifically organized this meaningful event, believing that media coverage will help the community better understand and utilize its services.
